Ayngaran Foundation
Ayngaran Foundation is a registered spiritual non-profit organization located in the divine and serene town of Palani, Tamil Nadu. The NGO is dedicated to the establishment of a new and better way of life for everyone in the world based on the fulfillment of the divine plan for humanity. Its educational activities promote recognition and practice of the spiritual principles and values upon which a stable and interdependent world society may be based. Ayngaran Foundation is managed by the founder Mr. Sasi Krishnasamy and the Chairman Mr. Vince Thomas.
Akshya Dharma
Ayngaran Foundation initiated Akshya Dharma to help poor and suppressed families with groceries and some more basic amenities. Ayngaran Foundation started in 2020, is a non-profit organization by the powerful young self motivated, spiritual, and kind-hearted persons: Founder Mr. Sasi Krishnasamy and Chairman Vince Thomas.
The core focus of Akshya Dharma program is to help needy people with monthly groceries, provide education to children of poor, and cooked food to many in the time of crises or calamity. So far, Akshya Dharma has provided needy ones with monthly groceries, food to hungry ones on daily basis, and doled out medicines to over 10,000 people across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
The group of volunteers distributed food packets, medicines and groceries to identified needy people during the Covid 19 pandemic. While most of the affluent and middle-class people were sitting in the comfort of their homes, locked away with amenities, there were people out in the streets, slums, and parts of the city who had no access to food or water.
The worst hit by the Covid 19 pandemic were the daily wage workers who couldn’t even afford to have a proper meal in days. However, some good Samaritans took to the streets of Tamil Nadu and Kerala and helped the deprived and the homeless by giving them free meals, medicines, and groceries.
Akshya Dharma volunteers distributed free food packets and groceries to poor daily wage workers in major cities like Coimbatore, Erode, Salem, Dindigul, Palani, Trichy, Madurai, Chennai, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Palakkad, and Thirussur.
Ayngaran’s Akshya Dharma has been reaching out to low-income and vulnerable communities in 20+ settlements across the Greater Tamil Nadu area covering 1,500 families. We are giving the daily and weekly wage workers basic grocery provisions in Greater Tamil Nadu Districts. One month grocery sustains a family of 5.
We are providing support in two ways. One is by distributing food grain packets including rice, oil, dal, atta (flour), soap, sugar, and biscuits. And the other one is by distributing cooked food that is hygienically prepared and given to the homeless along with a fruit.
We served more than 50,000 needy people from 2019 till now. As the COVID-19 crisis continued to loom over us, the Government of India took a strict combat measure by directing complete lockdown in the entire nation. At this great hour of need, the Ayngaran Foundation, in close coordination with State Governments & District Administration, had stepped in to provide relief by making available food to thousands of people across the states.
